First click on the following link in case you didn’t know the difference between primary YouTube channel and brand YouTube channel:
What you see when your YouTube channel is terminated
If you try to log into your suspended primary YouTube channel for the first time, you’ll be given a prompt to verify your phone number. You’ll need to do that, otherwise all your data associated with that google id will be scheduled for deletion. Now assuming that you have done the verification; at a later time, when you try to log into your primary channel, you will either see the following page:
which has the url: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/40039?p=youtube
or this page:
which has the url: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802168?hl=en

Any of your channels seems to have vanished?
If you try to log into your suspended brand channel (while your primary YouTube channel is still active) and if it’s the default YouTube channel for that particular gmail id, then you will find upon seeing the channel icon that you have landed on the primary channel instead. When you click on that icon situated in the top-right corner of the screen to see all the YouTube channels’ list, you won’t be able to see the suspended brand YouTube channel (or it’s name) there. That’s why many people after having their brand YouTube channel terminated report that their (brand) YouTube channel has simply vanished, they do not see it anymore. Did it really vanish? You want to know whether it is still there (even in suspended condition)? Then go through the following steps:
Steps to find your seemingly vanished YouTube channel
1. Click on the current YouTube channel’s icon which is at the top-right corner of the screen. A pop-up menu will appear which will look somewhat like below. This menu will show you all your active YouTube channels from the current gmail id and primary YouTube channels (active/suspended) from other gmails.
2. Click on the gear icon which is in the section of the menu corresponding to your current YouTube channel and to the right of ‘Creator Studio’ tab. You’ll see this page with url: https://www.youtube.com/account
3. At the bottom of that page, click on the link that reads ‘see all my channels or create a new channel’. You’ll be directed to a page where you’ll be seeing all your YouTube channels, both active and suspended. (the following exemplary image is Photoshoped.)
So, even if any of your brand YouTube channels might simply seem to have vanished, it most definitely hasn’t really. It is still there (in suspended condition).
